Who loves Desserts????

I really LOVE dessert! DO you? I am not alone? Ok good! I really believe in finding healthier, lower calorie desserts that still taste good! I got to make some on Twin Cities Live!


Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough


Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of peanut butter

2 Tbsp of unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (see mine here https://bit.ly/VanillaProteinCake )

A handful of chocolate chips


Instructions:

Mix all items in a mixing bowl and roll into balls.

Place in refrigerator if desired.


Brownie Batter


Ingredients:

1 cup of quick oats

2 Tsp. pure vanilla extract

2 Tbsp. unsweetened Hershey’s cocoa powder

1 Tsp. sea salt

3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (Vanilla Cake http://bit.ly/vanillacakeprotein)


Instructions:

Mix all items in a mixing bowl.

Place in refrigerator if desired.


Chocolate Mug Cake


Ingredients

1 egg

1 Tbsp almond flour

1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 Tbsp powdered stevia

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

Spray mug with non stick spray.

Mix ingredients in mug and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Serve with 1 Tbsp sugar free cool whip if desired.


Pumpkin Cheesecake


Ingredients:

2 Tbsp lowfat cream cheese

2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin

1 tsp. powdered stevia

1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice


Instructions:

Mix above ingredients together in small bowl.

Put 2 Tbsp slivered almonds in serving dish.

Spoon pumpkin cream cheese onto almonds and place in the fridge for a few minutes.

Serve with 1 Tbsp sugar free cool whip if desired.
